Welcome to the PMO Mastery community.

This forum is new. We started it in early April 2026 and seeded some initial discussions to give people something to respond to. Those starter threads are real questions, but they were created to get things moving rather than emerging organically. You will find them in the main forum.

What we are actually looking for here is practical, specific PMO experience. Not frameworks recited from memory, but what worked in your organisation and what did not. Short replies are fine. Disagreement is welcome. Unresolved threads are fine too.

If a discussion is missing that you want to have, start it. If something in an existing thread is wrong or incomplete, push back on it.

The community will only become genuinely useful if people contribute real experience. Polished, perfect contributions are not what we are after.
